Today I drove Annie to school and in the car, she asked: Do I have Bipolar?
I said, no, you don;t have.
Bipolar has depression and mania and you don';t have Mania.
Then why I was irritated so easily?
I told her, you are teenager now and its normal for you to feel emotional. this is normal growth.
she didn;t see anything and left the car.
At least she wants to talk to me.
